Mogappair Cart is a local online store providing stationery and related products for customers in selected areas of Chennai.

2. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. Product appearance, packaging, or colour may vary slightly from images shown online.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to product availability. We may contact you if clarification is required regarding your order, address, or contact details.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently provide local delivery in selected areas of Chennai, including Mogappair, Nolambur, Padi, Anna Nagar, and Ambattur.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for orders of ₹99 and above. Any applicable delivery charge for orders below ₹99 will be displayed at checkout.

6. Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

7. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Mogappair Cart does not directly store customers' complete card details, CVV, or UPI PIN.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.
